Privacy Policy
Last updated July 29, 2026
Frontline Family OS is operated by Legacy Family Network, LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Your family's information belongs to your family. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Information we collect
Account information. Your email address, password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider), and the display name you choose.
Family content. Everything you choose to write inside the app: family name and timezone, the people you represent in your household, mission and values, practices and check-ins, calendar events, prayer requests, legacy entries, uploaded files and photos, assessments, and notes.
Technical information. Standard server and security logs such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps, used to keep the service running and secure.
We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. Records about children in your household are created and controlled by the adults in that household; children do not receive accounts.
How we use information
To provide the service, authenticate you, keep your household's data private, send the emails you have enabled (such as invitations and the weekly digest), respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
When you use the AI companion, the text you submit is sent to our AI provider to generate a response. We do not permit that content to be used to train third-party models.
How your information is shared
Your family content is visible only to the adults you have invited and who have accepted an invitation to your Family, according to the role you gave them. We share information with service providers who operate the platform on our behalf — hosting, database and storage, authentication, email delivery, AI processing, and payment processing — under contracts that limit their use of it.
We may disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy continues to apply to the transferred information.
We do not sell personal information.
Security
Every request is checked against your Family membership at the database level, so no other household can read or change your information. Invitation links are single-use, expire after seven days, and are stored only as a one-way fingerprint. Uploaded files live in private storage that requires an authorized, time-limited link. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Your choices and rights
You can view, edit, and delete most of your family content directly in the app, change notification preferences at any time, and export a printable generational record. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and its data, email us and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA.
Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data and the households you own, other than records we must keep for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
International users
The service is operated from the United States. If you use it from elsewhere, you understand that your information is processed in the United States.
Changes to this policy
If we make a material change we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.
