Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account.

When you create a Family you become its owner. Adults you invite gain access according to the role you assign. Records you create for children and relatives are records you maintain; they are not accounts and cannot sign in. You confirm that you have the authority to record information about the people in your household.

You keep ownership of everything you write, upload, or record in the app. You grant us only the limited permission needed to host, back up, process, and display that content to you and to the members of your Family, and to operate features you use.

You agree not to upload unlawful content, infringe someone else's rights, attempt to access another household's data, disrupt the service, or use it to harass or harm anyone.

Some features require a paid subscription, and some courses and materials are sold separately as one-time purchases. Prices, plan limits, and course availability are shown at the point of purchase and may change; changes to subscription pricing apply from your next billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals.

Purchased course material is licensed to you for personal, household use. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly share, or upload it elsewhere.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If something has gone wrong, contact us and we will look at it in good faith.

Frontline Family OS provides tools, prompts, scripture references, and AI-generated suggestions to support family formation. It is not professional counseling, medical, legal, or financial advice, and it does not replace your local church, pastor, or a qualified professional. Use your own judgment and seek appropriate help when you need it.

The Frontline Family OS name, software, design, written material, and course content are the property of Legacy Family Network, LLC and are protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your household.

We work to keep the service available and to protect your data, but we provide it "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may add, change, or remove features over time. If we discontinue the service, we will give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your family's records.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legacy Family Network, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, or if required by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Legacy Family Network, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
